| Return Policy

| Although our products are mostly custom creations, we believe that customer service is very important.
Thus, we will accept returns of our creations within 10 days of receipt under certain conditions. We will refund the purchase price of the
item(s) minus the shipping cost. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Conditions:
- Product must be in original condition.
- Items with personalization (i.e. monograms) are not returnable.
- If returned product is damaged in transit, we cannot accept it. Therefore, we suggest you also purchase
insurance for the return trip.
- Post mark date must read within 10 days of YOUR receipt of the items. We do not penalize you if your package
takes months to arrive due to unforseen circumstances.
- Refunds will be given via Paypal and will only be given AFTER your items arrive.
